Item 1: Introduction
WealthDrive, Inc. is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser. Brokerage and investment advisory services and fees differ, and it is important for retail investors to understand the differences. Free and simple tools are available to research firms and financial professionals at Investor.gov/CRS, which also provides educational materials about broker-dealers, investment advisers, and investing.
Item 2: Relationships & Services
What investment services and advice can you provide me?
We offer investment advisory services to retail investors. Our services include discretionary portfolio management, financial planning, and a Market Timing Subscription.
Our discretionary portfolio management services are based on tactical and strategic investment management strategies. Our technology regularly monitors each portfolio and adjusts it as necessary based on the stock market and world events. Our discretionary management services allow us to select the security, the amount, and the time of purchase or sale in your account without your prior approval.
We also offer software-based financial planning services. This service allows you to explore potential future financial scenarios, including retirement, and providing recommendations for reaching your financial goals. It allows you to link their external financial accounts in order to eliminate the need for the traditional financial planner interview that is usually required to acquire the necessary inputs to build a financial plan.
We provide a Market Timing Subscription via a client portal that enables you to use our investment buy(s) and sell(s) signals for specific investments in your portfolio(s). We only provide information on buy(s) or sell(s) of certain securities. The investments chosen, actual allocation of capital, and/or execution of the trade are your ultimate decisions.
We do not require a minimum account size to become a client.
You can find more detailed information about the services we offer in Items 4 and 7 of our Firm Brochure.
- “Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not?”
- “How will you choose investments to recommend to me?”

Item 3: Fees, Costs, Conflicts and Standards of Conduct
What fees will I pay?
For our portfolio management, we charge an advisory fee based on a percentage of assets under management in your accounts based on the following schedule of fees:
|Total Assets Under Management||Advisory Fee||Minimum Advisory Fee|
Our advisory fee is calculated and collected daily by the account’s custodian. The management fee is based on the day’s end custodian-reported account balance and prorated for the number of business days in the year. For example, if there are 250 business days in a year, 1/250th will be withdrawn at the end of each day. The management fee is negotiable.
Our management fee does not include brokerage commissions, transaction fees, or other related costs and expenses that are normally incurred by the client. These fees are also separate from internal management fees associated with mutual funds and exchange traded funds.
Market Timing Subscription Fee Schedule:
|Client Type:||Monthly Price:|
|Retail Client||$0.00 to $800.00|
|Professional Client||$0.00 to $20,000.00|
Financial Planning Fees are charged on a monthly basis and are negotiated with each client prior to engagement.
You will pay fees and costs whether you make or lose money on your investments. Fees and costs will reduce any amount of money you make on your investments over time. Please make sure you understand what fees and costs you are paying. You can find more detailed information about our fees and costs in Item 5 of our Firm Brochure.
“Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments. If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?”
- We invest your funds by purchasing the maximum number of shares of ETFs, Mutual Funds, and/or Stocks that match your proposed asset allocation. We also allocate a small amount of cash to the money market fund to cover our advisory fee.
How do your financial professionals make money?
- Our financial professionals may be compensated either through a salary or percentage of the overall advisory fee that is collected.
