Clients can open up accounts directly with WealthDrive. Our firm handles all the account opening, communication, and servicing of the account(s). The clients know who we are and deal with us directly. There is no white-labeling or representation other than WealthDrive representatives. 

Who Makes Trades

WealthDrive is the one responsible for trading the accounts and making sure the clients’ account(s) stay in direct relation to their desired risk tolerance.

Any questions or concerns, the client should direct those to WealthDrive directly. WealthDrive works directly with clients in this relationship.

How Does It Work

The first thing that is required to participate in this type of relationship with WealthDrive is the proper ‘registered investment advisory’ licensing. If you are properly licensed and successfully pass our due diligence program, then we manage your clients’ accounts on your behalf. We don’t deal with the clients directly but only through your firm. This way we do all the work and you take all the credit. This is as close to white labeling our entire robo-advisor that we can get.  

Who Services the Clients

WealthDrive will service clients from an investment management perspective. The relationship with the client is serviced and maintained by the introducing registered investment advisor. This type of relationship is the most typical relationship with WealthDrive and one that we favor most. 

Can Clients Communicate Directly with WealthDrive

No. Clients will be directed to speak to their advisory firm that introduced them to WealthDrive. If a conference call is in order, then the communication must be initiated by the introducing firm. 

How Involved Will We Be

Our firm provides investment services to both individuals and institutional clients.

Do you manage the money or do I?

Investment direction can be implemented either by you or we can manage the assets for you.

How much are the trading transactions if you manage the account?

Our custodian charges an annual fee that covers our window trades. So the trading cost to the clients is the same if the account is traded once or is traded 1000’s of times.

How do your financial professionals make money?

Our financial professionals may be compensated either through a salary or percentage of the overall advisory fee that is collected by WealthDrive, Inc.

Should I manage the money myself?

If you are comfortable executing our recommendations, that is the reduced cost solution. If that comfort level doesn’t exist then having our firm execute the investment directions makes more sense.

Is there any disciplinary history of the firm?
